The precise sensitivity varies with different processes – early dry plates are skewed further towards UV than later orthochromatic dry plates, for example.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo make accurate exposure decisions, you really need a light meter that knows the wavelengths your process responds to, and measures only those. Unfortunately, no-one has ever built a meter like that – until today!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLC Apollo measures 10 light bands from ultraviolet to near-infrared. You can configure recipes that tell the meter which bands you care about.
