Shipping policy

I ship all orders from Switzerland via Swiss Post or TNT/Fedex.

Order Fulfilment Time

• Prints – all prints are made to order. I aim to ship prints within 2-3 weeks of receiving payment. If your need is urgent, then please let me know.
• Artist's Books, Folios and Postcards – I aim to ship all book, folio and postcard orders within 1 week of receiving payment. If your need is urgent, then please let me know.
• Light Counter Devices – I aim to ship all Light Counter devices within three working days, when all items are in stock. I will contact you if I am unable to achieve this with your order.

Back Orders

I will ship back orders as soon as I have stock available, in the order in which the back orders were received.

Express Shipping (e.g. Fedex)

Sorry, but couriers from Switzerland are expensive. I use Fedex via Swiss Post which offers the best value for money. Express shipping usually takes 2-4 days.

Customs, Duty and Clearance Delays

• Unless you live in Switzerland, you may be liable for customs charges, duty or VAT. These charges are usually collected by your country's customs officials
• Sometimes customs authorities will request additional documentation from you. Please watch out for emails or text messages with requests
• Some countries have very slow customs clearance times, for example Italy and Spain can have delays of two, three or more weeks. Customs delays are outside of my control
  

Lost and Delayed Shipments

Unfortunately, sometimes it takes the receiving country's postal service some days to update tracking information, which can make it look like the shipment is lost. I realise that this may be frustrating, but it is beyond my control.

I know from experience that Swiss Post will not accept a tracing request until two weeks after the the shipping date.
